DEVELOPMENT

Identification of sites commensurate with suitable end users, master planning, detailed planning, appraisal, negotiation and overall management of the professional team through to practical completion and lease commencement.

Developments have been concluded to, McDonald's, JD Gyms, B&M, Marks and Spencer, Aldi, Mitchells and Butler, Inn Collection Group and BP.

Additionally over 500,000 sq.ft (46,451.52 sq.m) has successfully been re-purposed and redeveloped, particularly in the Industrial and Office sectors.

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

We have managed a diverse commercial property portfolio of over 2.5 million sq. ft across the UK, Switzerland and Germany. 

Extensive experience in managing a portfolio to drive the best net income. We have undertaken multiple banking re-finances with RBS/ NatWest, Barclays and Handelsbanken and charged property assets. We are fluent in ensuring deeds, leases and all the important documentary and compliance matters are dealt with properly. Insurance cover, rent collection and debt recovery are key to the success of a portfolio.

Trading underperforming assets and continually reviewing work streams across lease expiry's, breaks and rent reviews as well as managing voids are some of our specialities.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

We have a wealth of experience in driving income and long term growth through existing assets. We have successfully negotiated attractive surrender premiums and re-let space quickly, re-negotiated leases ahead of expiry to protect landlords whilst working with occupiers to achieve mutual goals.
